Event Description:

Join us for our International Business and Cultural Exchange Event in Osaka, Japan, from December 3rd to December 6th, 2024. This premier event serves as a platform for fostering international business relationships and immersing participants in Japanese culture. Attendees can select from two tailored packages to suit their professional and personal interests.

Package Options:

1. Regular Package:

- Accommodation: Comfortable lodging in the DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle.

- Inclusions: Event access, hotel breakfasts, Gala Dinner, (Only during event dates for dinner) translation services (English/Japanese) and participation in all scheduled activities including cultural exhibitions and business conferences.

2. VIP Package:

- Accommodation: Luxurious experience in the DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle.

- Inclusions: All benefits of the Regular Package plus the option to present your business at the event, priority seating at events, and enhanced hospitality services.

Event Itinerary Highlights:

- Day 1: Arrival, hotel check-in, reception and event orientation.

- Day 2: Full day of business conferences, cultural exhibitions, networking sessions, and a gala dinner.

- Day 3: Full day of business conferences, cultural exhibitions, Conclusion of the formal event with discussions, a Q&A session, and a farewell message.

Extended Stay Option:

Participants are invited to extend their stay in Osaka by an additional day to further explore local attractions such as Shitennoji Temple, Kuromon Market, Osaka Castle, and more.

Health & Safety Protocols:

- No proof of vaccination is required for event attendance.

- Masks are optional but recommended in crowded or indoor settings.

Event Policies, Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration and Payment:

- Early registration is recommended as spaces are limited. Full payment secures your spot.

​

2. Cancellation Policy:

- In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.

- Cancellations made by participants before November 3rd, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.

3. Accommodation and Meals:

- Specified in each package. Special dietary requests should be made known at registration.

4. Liability and Privacy:

- Organizers are not liable for personal losses or injuries unless due to direct negligence. All personal data will be handled in strict privacy.

-Force Majeure Policy

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the party's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference), acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or changes to law or regulations. In the event of such a force majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure.

-Intellectual Property Policy

All content provided during the event, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of the originator or the event organizers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent from the rightful owner is strictly prohibited. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use such materials for personal and non-commercial purposes related to the event.

-Responsibility for Personal Property and Damages

Attendees are personally responsible for safeguarding their own property. The organizers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Furthermore, attendees are liable for any damage they cause to the hotel or event facilities. Charges for such damages will be billed to the responsible party and must be paid in full.

-Behavior Guidelines

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all events and activities. We require adherence not only to general professional conduct but also to specific Japanese customs and etiquette, which help foster a respectful and inclusive environment. A detailed list of these customs will be provided to all attendees to ensure everyone is aware and can comply appropriately.

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to, harassment based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status. Violations of these guidelines may result in expulsion from the event without a refund and possible future bans from other events organized by us.
